If present, there may be styling issues such as minimal to significant tangling and/or matting in some areas during wear, depending on the severity of cuticle misalignment. If this issue occurs, it can be prevented or minimized by shampooing/conditioning the hair weekly.

Colored strands* – Wefts may contain strands colored with henna depending on the donor(s), however there’s still a possibility that the hair can be dyed/lightened depending on the percentage of strands that contain henna (most of our customers have been able to dye/lighten the hair without issue).

Thin ends* – Wefts may contain thin ends which can be removed by trimming them. However, once trimmed, the final length should still be within the advertised length.

We only provide single drawn, Indian Remy human hair for our hair extensions. Single drawn hair is hair that is drawn into a ponytail and cut from the donor on one end only, usually at the ponytail base. As a result, the hairs are not a definite length but are in a length range, so each pack will be slightly different in terms of overall length. This characteristic is similar to the arrangement of hair on the head of a normal person. In contrast, double drawn hair is hair that is drawn into a ponytail and cut from the donor on both ends resulting in hairs of the same length.

Our virgin/unprocessed Indian Remy hair has not been processed to achieve the various textures shown. Due to the nature of this product, we cannot guarantee that the color, curls, or waves of different packages will be exactly the same. Each package will differ in the nature of the color, curl or wave.

*Weight of packages shown for our virgin/unprocessed hair is an average weight. Please keep in mind that this number is an average. Actual weights may be slightly more or less than weight shown.

Most sew-in extensions require 6 – 8 oz. of hair or more depending on individual head size, amount of fullness desired, and/or length of extensions used (lengths greater than 16″ may require 8 oz or more).

Hair lengths of curly and wavy extensions are measured stretched.

Most of our virgin/unprocessed straight extensions consist of slight waves; they are not bone straight.

Starting 10/20/11, shipping insurance will be required for each order. This is for the protection of your order during shipping. As a result, shipping charges will be higher than before.

You may choose to waive this requirement to reduce your shipping costs (please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to do so). However, if you choose to waive this requirement, it is at your own risk! If your item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you will not be able to recover your loss!
