The following products are covered by Hair Isle’s 30-Day Money Back Guarantee**:
Unworn/Unused/Original Condition – All Stock Economy Collection, Premium Collection & O.M/E (Organically Modified and/or Enhanced) hair extension products including Closures & U Part ‘N Go I & II Wigs.
Worn/Used/Non-Original Condition – Only Stock Premium Collection hair extension products excluding Worn/Used/Non-Original Condition Closures and U Part ‘N Go I & II Wigs.
If you are not happy with your Stock Economy Collection, Premium Collection, or O.M/E (Organically Modified and/or Enhanced) hair extension purchase and your product is unworn, unused, in the original condition with the original labels/packaging, you may return it for a full refund or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value within 7 days of receipt.* You may return it for a limited refund (not including customer paid shipping to receive purchase) within 8 – 30 days of receipt.*
If you are not happy with your Stock Premium Collection hair extension purchase and your product is worn, used, not in the original condition without the original labels/packaging (excluding Worn/Used/Non-Original Condition Closures and U Part ‘N Go I & II wigs), you may return it for a limited refund (not including customer paid shipping to receive purchase) within 30 days of receipt.*

30-Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to Worn/Used/Non-Original Condition Economy Collection & O.M/E (Organically Modified and/or Enhanced) hair extension products including Closures and U Part ‘N Go I & II Wigs, Premium Collection Closures and U Part ‘N Go I & II wigs, any Custom hair product, or any hair product chemically processed by the customer.
Hair that has been chemically processed/permanently altered by the customer (dyed, permed, relaxed, etc.) will incur an additional $20 fee per process applied.
Hair loss (due to cutting, shedding, and styling) greater than or equal to 25% of the original weight will incur an additional $20 fee per bundle/unit purchased.
Returned hair must be clean (shampooed). Unclean hair will incur an additional $15 fee.
Returns for used hair require Prior Authorization and are limited to the following product issues:
- Tangling
- Significant Shedding (To be determined on a case by case basis. All hair products will shed at a negligible/minimal rate. However, if a significant rate of shedding is experienced, you should notify us immediately! Hair loss greater than or equal to 25% of the original weight will incur an additional $20 fee per bundle/unit purchased).
